GO Rewards Points may be redeemed at Stop&Shop gas stations and participating Shell stations for a fuel discount. 100 points = $0.10 discount per gallon (20-gallon max). Point redemptions are capped at 1,500 points per use = $1.50 off per gallon. Customers must enter a phone number at the pump to get their discount.
It is possible to connect GO Rewards with a Fuel Rewards account and use ALT ID at Shell instead of the phone number. Fuel Rewards program allows combining points from multiple partners for additional discounts.

I think this is a deal on all gift cards aside from a select few, like visa/mastercard gcs, S&S gift cards, etc.
