  1. blue zift variable award 0x points instead of 5x or 2x. Receipt showed a product name but online receipt shows ‘Item name not found’.

  2. pink zift variable amount card $105 purchase yielded 2x points instead of 5x.
Online receipt shows “Online Exchange 2.0 P Vpl Zillions 20to500”
    Printed receipt shows “Online Exchange”

Ticket from earlier blue zift submitted but I’ve not heard back yet. I’m likely to not report this one to support since I’ve mostly found j4u support to be stingy and unhelpful (not meeting terms of offers even with evidence provided).

Since I’m 0 for 2 on J4U paying out properly I’ll probably sit out the rest of this round.

  3. Seems the only one that codes correctly is the one that does not have Amazon, the light blue/silvery one. I tried grey and purple old ones and from the newer ones I tried the blue one and the ones labeled “happy birthday,” “thank you,” “congrats” and “with love.” I’m on the phone now to get the missing points. Too bad.

  4. (closing the loop here) Managed to get points credited from both cards (one getting 0x and one getting 2x) after a support ticket. So the support system does work (sometimes) but this is a very eyes-on process.
