Bulk Discount Orders receive the following discount based on each order: 10% for orders over $1000. Once you fill out their form, a representative will contact you.

- Fathers Day Bonus eGift card can be used 7/1/25 thru 7/29/25.
- This free promotion (“eGift”) may be redeemed for food and non-alcoholic beverages only at any participating California Pizza Kitchen (“CPK”) restaurant in the U.S. (excluding airports, stadiums, universities, Guam, mobile kitchen, and franchised locations)
- eGift is not valid for gratuity, purchase of gift cards, taxes, or delivery charges.
- EGIFT must be presented at the time of purchase and will not reduce the total purchase price for tax or gratuity purposes. If the purchase exceeds funds available on eGift, the user must pay the difference.
- CPK Rewards® or other loyalty program points will not be earned for purchases made with eGift
- eGift is non-transferable, resale is prohibited and eGift will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without the owner’s authorization
- CPK reserves the right to refuse to honor eGift in the event of actual or suspected fraud.
