Walgreens has changed the wording of their ad from free “Walgreens Gift Card” to free “Walgreens Promo Card.” It is not clear from the ad if the terms have changed.
Just tried it with the 2 Zift cards that had Amazon on it and a $5 promo card they had behind the counter. No discount came off. Cashier was confused as was I.
Sorry to hear about your experience. Looks like only select Zillions flavors are included in the promo.
