The Terms
- Offer valid on purchases between November 2 – December 27, 2025
- Redeem Gift Points until January 3, 2026
- Limit one $10 discount per $50 gift card
- Limit one earned Gift Point per transaction and one per household every six hours
- $50 minimum purchase must be made in a single transaction; smaller purchases cannot be combined to qualify
- Minimum purchase must be met after all discounts are subtracted from order and before sales tax and deposits are added
- The following items do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement: milk (PA only, due to state law), alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, all pharmacy prescriptions (NY only), state and federally funded pharmacy prescriptions, all office services, lottery tickets, amusement park tickets and other tickets
- Excludes purchases made at Tops fuel stations, convenience stores and in-store Starbucks locations
- All gift cards must be activated with a $50 value to be eligible for the $10 discount; offer not valid on any other values
- Subject to Christmas Bonus promotion dates

This is a somewhat unusual deal format. Rather than offering a discount on groceries for gift card purchases, like many other chains do, Tops offers a discount on gift cards after spending a certain amount of money on groceries.
Best Buy is the best redemption option by far.
