About the Program

Giftcards.com Rewards (formerly known as G-Money) generally offers 1% in rewards on most gift card purchases – in addition to promotional discounts, portal cashback/rewards, card-linked offers, and so on. Sometimes (e.g. during Giftcard Week) they elevate the earning rate, so look out for that.

Rewards are not offered on open loop gift cards (such as Visa and Mastercard), or on Giftcards.com eGift cards (their own gift cards, that is). While most third party gift card brands are eligible, a few popular brands are excluded as well. The following brands currently do not earn Giftcards.com rewards:

• Disney
• Famous Footwear
• Game On
• Google Play / Google Workspace
• Home Depot
• Kohl’s
• Lululemon
• Nordstrom / Nordstrom Rack
• Panera Bread
• Starbucks
• Target

Key Terms

• Users must register in order to enroll for Giftcards.com Rewards
• Available in the US only – not for international sections of the site (such as for UK or Canada), and not for any hosted subdomains (such as USPS)
• Rewards automatically expire twelve (12) months after they are earned
• Rewards are intended for personal use only – commercial use is prohibited; not available for the Giftcards.com Business accounts
• Rewards are earned on gift card purchase amount – but not shipping fees, additional services or taxes
• Rewards are not earned on the portion of the order covered by redeemed Rewards and/or coupons
• Rewards are not earned in conjunction with certain partner offers (e.g. the $50 semi-annual statement credit offered by Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business)

Tips & Ideas

Keep in mind that individual orders exceeding $2000 are not eligible for portal cashback/rewards. Orders that use promo codes are not eligible either, except promo codes specifically approved for affiliates.

See if Giftcards.com eGift cards are currently available via any promo, either online or at your local retailers. Keep in mind that you will not be able to apply more than one such gift card per order though.

From time to time we report targeted card-linked offers for Giftcards.com purchases from various banks (e.g. Citi, Chase or Bank of America), as well as digital wallets (e.g. PayPal Offers).

While card-linked offers typically cannot be triggered via PayPal checkout or other digital wallets (meaning, quintuple stacking may not be possible), triple or quadruple stacking should be a piece of cake: use a discounted Giftcards.com eGift card (if you could find one) + earn Giftcards.com Rewards + portal cashback + card-linked offer/digital wallet offer, when there are any (we take credit card rewards for granted, of course).
