The Terms

- Bonus cards will be emailed to the address affiliated with the online purchase
- Lost, stolen or expired bonus cards will not be replaced and are void if copied
- Bonus card value will not be refunded in the event of return of merchandise purchased with bonus coupon
- If value of bonus card exceeds purchase total, no cash will be returned
- Bonus card is not combinable with other coupons or promo codes and is void where prohibited
- Limited to $100 total rewards, while supplies last
- Offer valid on in-store for physical cards
