Unfortunately, there is no indication at checkout that your purchase will qualify to receive the free $10 DoorDash gift card. Make sure that the gift card brand you’d like to buy still appears within the promo section when you are ready to place your order, and stay within the monthly purchase limits.
Their other ongoing promotion, 10% off Select Digital Gift Cards, has its own independent limit of four per month, with separate limits for certain brands, like Best Buy, Xbox and Chipotle.
If you are not a DoorDash member yet, you can ask an existing member to refer you and get $5 off your first order over $20 (excluding taxes and fees), while they would receive $5 in credits for future use, up to 10 times.
DashPass membership normally costs $9.99 per month. However, it is complimentary through December 31, 2027 with Chase Sapphire Reserve or Chase Sapphire Preferred cards (Eugene’s referral links). It is free for the first twelve months with most co-branded cards issued by Chase, and for the first six months with Chase Freedom and Slate cards. For a limited time, it is also available free for one year with qualifying T-Mobile plans.

I did this deal last month, the first hour the deal dropped and I never got the $10 bonus DD card. DD customer service is worthless. This is a fraudulent offer in that you don’t know if you’ll get the bonus card. Devious.

I wouldn’t go as far as call it “fraudulent”, but it is indeed inconvenient that you can’t see at checkout if you qualify for the $10 bonus DD card or not, and we mention this in the post.
The limit is 2 per person per calendar month. Is it possible that you’ve already used this offer twice in the previous calendar month? Perhaps the limit simply hasn’t reset for you yet at the time you made the purchase? I am not sure what timezone they are based in.
